DNA Alignment software: downloads, upgrades, installation

Download the newest version of DNA Alignment free during the license period.

Unzip the zip file to a folder of your choice (but not the Windows "Programs" folder and not a subfolder of "Programs"). Then place your personal DNA_Alignment.dat file into the folder. Now you can run DNA_Alignment.exe by double-clicking it. No Administrator rights should be required unless your Windows administrator has blocked all downloaded software from running.

The software is time-limited to expire 3 years after the date of original invoice; please contact us if you have problems with your update. You must copy your license file "DNA_Alignment.dat" into your folder with the new software version, and when you use the software, you must have read/write permissions to this folder and to the license file (i.e. do not copy the the file as Admin and run the software as a normal user). Note that you can run two or more versions or instances of the software at the same time on the same computer. For multi-user site licenses, please read the multi-user notes!
